Facilitated groups allow participants to practice new skills, improve resiliency, and create opportunities to connect with people focused on personal growth. Group facilitator(s) provide psychoeducation and compassionate support to participants and guide group discussion when appropriate.

Soul Sense
An Adult SoulCollage® Experience
SoulCollage® is an intuitive and creative collage process for self-discovery focused on deepening your connection with the uniquely beautiful parts of yourself and strengthening your internal wisdom.
In this 90-minute small group of 6 participants, you will be given the opportunity each week to explore your inner self through facilitated collage making and guided discussion.
Chronic & Iconic
An Adult Support Group for Chronic Illness Warriors
Dysautonomia, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), fibromyalgia, POTS, MS, lupus, central sensitization, chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), and MCAS can be extremely debilitating. Those diagnosed often experience invalidation and isolation.
In this 60-minute group, participants will engage in guided discussion and build social connections with peers who can directly relate to the experience of living with a chronic illness, share resources, and ultimately validate each other.
